This website and online store are operated by M. B. Products, Israel. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and information

Product information on the website is based on the product packaging and labels. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Always follow the directions and warnings on the current package label and consult a qualified health professional when appropriate, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Israeli New Shekels (₪). For orders delivered in Israel, prices include VAT. For orders delivered outside Israel, Israeli VAT is not charged, and customs duties or import taxes of the destination country are not included. Payment is made through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once the payment has been completed.

Availability and orders

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Israeli law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts in Israel.
