Refund policy

M. B. Products is an Israeli online store. This policy follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and does not limit any right you have under them.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the products. Send us a cancellation notice by email to mabr.products@gmail.com, on WhatsApp at +972 54-719-3507 or through the contact form on the website. Please include your full name and order number.

Condition of returned products

Our products are herbal extracts, syrups, oils and ointments that are taken or applied to the body. For hygiene and safety reasons we can accept a return only if the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. This does not apply to a product that is defective or not as described.

Cancellation fee and return shipping

If you cancel for a reason other than a defect or a mismatch with the description, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower. In that case the cost of sending the products back is paid by you. We do not charge a cancellation fee or return shipping if the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid, less any cancellation fee, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the original payment method (PayPal). Shipping charges are refunded only when the cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch or our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

International orders

The same rules apply to orders shipped outside Israel. Customs duties and import taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable by us.
