Shipping policy

Delivery in Israel

Standard delivery costs ₪35 and is free on orders of ₪250 or more. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order is dispatched.

International delivery

We ship abroad with Israel Post ECO POST, a tracked service for parcels up to 2 kg. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the order and shown at checkout before you pay. Israel Post estimates delivery within 7–10 business days to most destinations; actual times depend on the destination country and local customs.

The countries we currently ship to are the ones available at checkout. Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not available at the moment.

Customs duties and import taxes

Prices for international orders do not include customs duties or import taxes of the destination country. If such charges apply, they are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us by email at mabr.products@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +972 54-719-3507 and we will help resolve it with Israel Post.
